Philly Pretzel Factory

I have gone to this location several times because my toddler loves soft pretzels. The employe are always so wonderful to my son and me. Today, my 3yo son became fixated on having soft pretzels. Upon our arrival, even though it was near their closing time, the employees went above and beyond to make my little one pretzels. They made everything fresh. They were super hot, and when cooled tasted delicious. We highly recommend this location.

Service is always good and the pretzels are even better. Today I got the party tray with Half mini pretzel dogs and half rivets. Yu.mmy!!!!!!

I have been here a few times. All of which were to order for busy occasions (Super Bowl, World Series). On Super Bowl Sunday, it was very busy, and you weren't allowed to do online orders. It's understood because of the occasion it would take a little time for order processing. They had the staff to accommodate. However, recently, I ordered a small rivet tray with two sauces. Ordered online for a pick-up time. Upon arriving for my pick up, the store was crowded and packed with people waiting for their orders. They were understaffed. They weren't checking orders. They were so behind that they were asking what you wanted and giving it to you without verification. The staff was trying their best, but they were overwhelmed. I will not use them for special sport events.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHILLY PRETZEL COMPANY!!! AS IN PICTURE, MANAGER IS SEEN WITHOUT A MASK ON! I watched her take orders from customers AND EVEN WORSE handle raw pretzel dough without it! Disgusting! I would not subject yourself to this irresponsible behavior that could potentially get someone sick!

I ordered platter of pretzels to be ready for pick up at 2. They were paid in advance. The person who helped me was very helpful gave me all the information my son in law would need to pick up the order. When my son in law got there the next day to pick up the order it wasn’t ready. They were nasty, they told him they got a bigger order from DoorDash n bumped my order. He had to wait 20 mins for the order. They gave him the order never apologized or anything. I doubt I use this place again. I can make these pretzels n make my own platter for now on. This wasn’t the first time I had an issue with this store but it will be the last
