Philly Pretzel Factory

Just stopped in to grab two pretzels this morning and their credit card machine was down. I went out to my car to try to find some cash and only had what was needed for the pretzels, was about 50 cents short on the dip. While I was gone she must have slipped a third pretzel in because I realized halfway through my ride home that I ate one and still had two left 😂 Thank you for being understanding and thank you for the customer service.

Usually very good place. I ordered a cheesesteak pretzel cup and asked for fresh rivet cup also since I have to wait 10 minutes for the cheesesteak ones. He told me the rivets up front are just put in. I said ok but since I have to wait, can I just get fresh everything. He repeated himself and I again said the same thing and he repeated himself again. I just canceled my whole order and walked out. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Staff were kind and very helpful. Pretzels were made fresh. They were great and I can't wait to go back!

It's generally takeout only, but I love the flavor of these pretzels. My only complaint is that the wait time is sometimes longer than I like.

Great service - friendly staff. Another local Philly Pretzel location failed me today and did not make my prearranged order. They took an emergency order over the phone and they were ready in 30 minutes. The best!
