Tired of not getting what I asked for at this location! And it’s only when the Short lady working. When the owner is there, order is on point and EVERYTHING is great. This the 3rd time in 3 weeks I go there and don’t get what I asked for. I’m from Philly and in my house we only like end pretzels and every time I go and ask for an end, she puts a regular pretzel in the bag. Now because we have a great relationship with the owner I don’t do returns but now when ask, and she don’t give, I don’t get anything, leaving me to get exactly what I want in jersey but y should I have to do that?! Today’s order was big, I was ordered for 14 ppl, the start of my order was 6 pretzels, 4 of them being ends and it’s still early in the day. She tells me I can only get 2, so now the 60 plus dollars I was gon

Pretzel are hard and all they tell u that there machine is down and they have they have a oven so why they hard they look like left over pretzel from yesterday

Ordered well ahead of time for a party. Arrived at time of agreed pickup and the woman working the register Ignored me for 2-3 minutes before finally looking over and angrily asking what I need. When I gave her my name for pickup order she replied “well imma need another 15 min to get the rest of your order together because it’s only me doing this [more unintelligible rambling and excuses]”. I simply replied that I set the pickup time for 11… and I see a few other orders ready to go, implying I don’t understand why my order isn’t fully ready. So I wait 15 minutes, the entire time I am batting flies off my back, I see unsanitary working conditions and dough scraps everywhere. The men in the back seem to be working hard but the woman working the register is just rude and belligerent. She

The cheesesteak pretzel balls - This was definitely a pretzel with cheese steak inside it. It was good. It was under $5. Would I get him again, probably. I got sriracha sauce. It has a lot of pretzel so do you use mustard because it's a pretzel or a ketchup based sauce because it is a cheesesteak? That is all I could think about after eating these. For now these stay in the pretzel oddity category and not the cheesesteak in a pretzel bun category.

The service was great and pretzels were hot !
