Sad branch doesn’t even have a sign outside, no lights, like it’s underground. Very poorly managed

The only girl at the store was in site of me, was on her phone. She looked at me. however, continued her phone time. I stood there for like 4 min. I finally had to loudly say. Excuse me are you open? Then she came over all smiles like nothing. Uh. I was so irked. If my sister want in the hospital asking for Green tea. I would have left! I will continue to go to the DD on Market St

Coffees were made per order request. Also ordered two donuts; one was extremely fresh but the other seemed like it was sitting for a few days, icing was crunchy and dough was chewy.

Stopped by at 9:45 to get some treats with my family after a long drive after seeing that they didn’t close until 10pm. Clunk goes the door as it was locked. The one employee working came to open the door only to tell us that they had to close to prepare for tomorrow. That’s odd, I run a business and I don’t close early to prepare for that. I simply abide by the posted hours on my store and online. Otherwise I would get customers upset and possibly leave a bad review. No excuses unless it was an emergency.

Would have given a 5 ⭐️ but my order was messed up! Coffee seemed to have been sitting too long and tasted burnt. The French vanilla creamer was so frothy couldn’t even taste it. Hopefully better luck next time.
