Philly Philly Cheesesteaks

30 min late order. Incorrect food given and sandwiches had stale bread and brown lettuce. While I was there 3 other customers were also having issues with their orders being mixed up too. When we were trying to figure out whose sandwich was which (nothing labeled) the counter person told us to taste it. What a joke of a place. Head to Pino's instead! New! More ways to react to reviews. I appreciate that you remembered the order and the interaction, but I want to clarify what actually occurred and why it left such a negative impression. I wanted to like this spot so much but it didnt live up to the hype. The atmosphere is mid at best. The electronic overhead menu was broken so we had to order with paper menus that had "do not take" written all over them. We ordered mozzarella wedges, sweet potato fries, and a cheesesteak on the seeded coll with wiz and onions. Ill give credit where its due the sweet potato fries were amazing! However the bland mozzarella wedges were very bland and disappointing. My cheesesteak was very imbalanced close to a 50/50 ratios of meat to onions. Normally not the end of the world except the onions were basically raw. The cheese sauce was not the normal consistency and seemed wattered down a bit. My favorite cheesesteak place. Better then anywhere else I've been. The meat flavor alone is freaking amazing. Put that on their rolls with wiz, perfection! I've been here a handful of times since I live a little far away. I always have good service and the cheesesteaks are on point. The waffle fries are even amazing, they are like Arby's fries and chic-fil-a fries had a baby. Highly recommend.

Would recommend eating here and eating in! They have a customer accessible Jukebox, some TVs, and a comfortable atmosphere. Absolutely LOVE the Truffle burger. (With an additional type of cheese and bacon) Its all I get from here now on the special days that I can.

I took my wife to Philly Philly because she wanted to try the truffle parm fries she had heard about. With a name like that, you expect cheesesteaks — but when we walked in, there were no menus on the walls. We had to find a small paper menu at the counter just to see what they offered. She ordered a kids cheesesteak and truffle parm fries. They charged 75¢ for mayo, which felt excessive. The fountain soda machine wasn’t working at all and was just taped off as “out of order.” We were the only people there, yet her fries came out plain instead of truffle parm. They fixed it after about five minutes. She also asked for her roll toasted — it came out extremely hard, almost like a crouton. I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls and the western smash burger.
