Maize Restaurant

Shared a wonderful meal with friends from Doylestown last night. The attention to detail is second to none. Starting with the warm bread to start with honey butter up until the final dessert — every course was stellar. The smoked brisket ravioli was a show stopper for me personally. It’s great to see a family working together and watching Matt, MJ & Liam working alongside each other was great! Our server Carl did a fantastic job as well. We are planning a return visit very soon!

I am eating here at the moment. The service is amazing. The food is delicious. The chefs are absolute rock stars. My wife and I ran out of red wine and they brought us some more out of the personal stash on the house. One of the chefs brought me out extra bison. Highly recommend. They are AMAZING.

We went for my birthday dinner mid-June. I had heard nothing but rave reviews from several friends. I am a cook, and admittedly difficult when I eat out. First of all it was packed and extremely noisy. We had a very loud table next to us, unfortunately. We did the tasting menu with wines for this special dinner. I have to admit that the quality of the food was outstanding, with tremendous effort and attention to the food, but absolutely nothing that night wowed us. I know that the menu changes regularly so it might have been just the selection that night, but not one dish had those really exciting flavors i look for when I eat out. My husband and I went here for our Anniversary. Our experience was incredible from start to finish. It is such a cute, quaint intimate place. Our service and food was impeccable by Matt, Breanna, MJ and Austin. Everything we had was spectacular not only the presentation but the freshness and the flavor of the ingredients was delicious. If you want a unique and amazing night out do not hesitate to go here!

Maize was incredible. Every course was delicious. Fine dining at its best. Be prepared for a long meal. It takes time for quality to come out and it’s worth the wait. Bring some wine, it’s BYOB too! The bison was my favorite dish. It was out of this world.
