Let me start with the service, which was amazing… Very friendly, attentive and the atmosphere was great. I’m afraid that the exceptional service and nice vibe did not translate to the food. The dynamite chicken appetizer was the best item we had. Signature lo mein were also good. The kung pao beef was chewy and the black pepper chicken lacked flavors. Sushi didn’t taste great either and had a hint of sour flavor to it. Maybe it was a one off, but I walked away thinking that it was a disappointing experience. We used to love this place :(

Always love coming to this PF Chang’s. My server Miranda was excellent - so friendly and on top of her game. AND got me signed up for their rewards program, which I never knew existed until today. 🤯 Mind blown. Free edamame every time you dine in, plus other perks. Thanks Miranda!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped in at PF Chang’s this afternoon for our first visit and it couldn’t have gone better. The food was delicious, and the Dynamite Shrimp is a must-try—it really stood out. The atmosphere was relaxed with soft lighting and just quiet enough to have good conversation without feeling crowded or noisy. Our server, Diana, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel taken care of from start to finish. She honestly made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and absolutely recommend this spot!

We had a rez for 6:30pm for 8 ppl and we still waited 20 minutes to be seated. Not sure the hold up? Our waitress Alyssa was amazing though. She was attentive and funny and really made sure I felt special on my birthday. Food was just okay, but drinks were yummy. Dessert was the best part! Don't miss out on their butter cake. 💯

The honey chicken was actually my favorite thing here. Nothing was bad, it’s actually above average and better than you think. This is upscale chain Chinese food, and while you can get better elsewhere, a lot of it is quite tasty.
