P.F. Chang's

Stopped in for a couple happy hour drinks and appetizers. I was not only pleased with the prices, but the drinks were great as well. I don’t remember the exact name, something “Horse” with bourbon. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The music was too loud, more suitable for a disco vs a dinner. The manager, Natalie sat us on the patio and made us comfortable despite the cold weather and kept checking on us. On a previous occasion we visited she was also very helpful and made sure our soups were warmed up. In general the food and soups are not as hot as we would like but we still go back bc we like the food and the great service. Thank you!

I remember when. P.F Chang's was the most poppin place in town with a lot of energy, fun music and an attractive crowd. We used to go here for happy hour and have a really great time. I hadn't been here for a while but one thing I noticed was it seemed very dirty. I sat at the bar and noticed that there were fingerprints and grime not only on the bar counter, but the stainless steel throughout the bar area was gross. Also, the windows in the restaurant were filthy and smeary. Bar staff was somewhat attentive and moved very slowly. They seem to find chit chatting a little more important than top notch service. BTW, I had to ask for everything including sauces, napkins, and silverware. Nothing was set up for us before our meals arrived. We also never got a fortune cookie so maybe they don't

We had a great experience with our server, JOJO. She was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of style:) Even though we were a big group and she was handling other tables as well, she checked in on us often and made sure our drinks were always full. When it was time to leave, we had plenty of leftovers, and JOJO took care of packing everything up so it was ready to go. She made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, and her positive attitude really stood out! We also want to mention that the manager was very nice and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. 5 out of 5 service!

This restaurant is located right across from the Embassy Suites Hotel< and thus is very convenient for hotel guests. As with most PF Chang's locations, the food is decent in terms of portions and quality. I always love their varied gluten-free options. I had no problem finding a table on a Wednesday night. Service was rather slow but not too bad. Overall, I had a great experience and would visit again.
