P.F. Chang's

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this P.F. Chang’s. The food was bad and the service made it even worse. Our server seemed drunk — he could barely stand straight while serving the food, which was shocking for any restaurant, let alone one inside Tyson’s Galleria. We ordered the chicken lunch special, and the portions were ridiculously small for $15 per head. The chicken hot & sour soup was straight-up pathetic — extremely salty and tasted like it was just soy sauce dumped into broth. The Kung Pao chicken was another disaster. The bowl had way more rice than chicken, and there were something like 10–15 dried chilies in there with barely any meat. My friends tried the vegetable spring rolls which were just “okay,” but the fried rice was an absolute overkill and not enjoyable

We ordered the main entrees to go. While the quality is good, the quantity is not (See photos). The food was barely enough and we were still hungry after the meals. I wonder if the traditional size is so small, how much would they serve if we ordered medium sized dishes.

We got lunch specials. 1 with chicken teriyaki and the other is firecracker shrimp. As appetizers we got veggie spring rolls. All were missing some taste for my thought. Panda Express or Sakura Japan better taste and cheaper. So here the quality is not matching with the prices.

Fantastic lunch experience at P.F. Chang’s – Tyson Corner! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was fresh and full of flavor, and the dessert was just as impressive. What really made our visit special was our server, Will. He was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Service was quick, portions were generous, and Will even packed our leftovers with great care. Truly a memorable lunch. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dining experience at P.F. Chang’s! Our waitress, Elliott, was informative, attentive, and so friendly. She knew the menu inside and out from the classic favorites to the new items and gave great recommendations. Handling a table of eight (including four younger kids!) is no easy task, but Elliott did it effortlessly and with a smile. The new holiday Cranberry Cosmo was absolutely delicious a must-try! My mom, sister, and I are wishing you all the best on your grad-school and law-school journey, Elliott. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
