P.F. Chang's

Reliable choice if youare looking for a consistent, "modern luxury" Asian dining experience while shopping. Known for its upscale atmosphere and signature "Great Wall of Chocolate" and horse statues. The Vibe:It has a more polished, moody atmosphere compared to your typical mall food court. It's popular for birthday dinners and business lunches because it feels a bit more "special" than other chains. If you are planning to go for a weekend dinner, I recommend making a reservation as it gets quite busy being right at the mall entrance.

I initially planned to eat lunch elsewhere, but i'm glad I came here. P.F. Chang has a lunch menu with a small plate and side for $14, so I was all over that. I ordered teriyaki chicken with lo mein, although they charged me $3 extra for the noodles. I ordered strawberry lemonade and my severe diced real strawberries in it, which was a nice touch. Everyone was very friendly, even the initial host who allowed me to sit outside on the patio, although no one else was out there. There was a power outlet at my table, so O could work proficiently. The noodles were a bit oily but still very good. The prom size could be two or three bites more given the upcharge but whatever. I tried their red velvet cake, but it was very small for the cost of $5.50, and it wasn't anything worth ordering again.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere as well as being clean and quiet. Service was slow and they left us with a pile of plates while we ate dessert, but I think our server was new. Unfortunately my wife's gluten free Chang's Spicy Chicken (a long time favorite of ours) had an odd twang and no sauce. The gluten free Mongolian beef was very good, though.

This was my first time dining at P.F Changs and our hostess Yolanda provided the most exceptional customer service I’ve had. She was fully attentive to us, we never had to request refills on our drinks because she was already on it. Our plates were cleared away in no time to make for more space and her jovial personality significantly enhanced our experience. Her customer service truly went above and beyond as she assisted in packaging our to-go plates. Her service was also very consistent as I observed her interactions with other diners. She explained the menu clearly and even made suggestions for our meals which were all delicious! I will definitely be coming back.

I ordered on 02/24/2026 and the rice was hard under cooked, Chang’s spicy chicken was burnt and nasty. This was my favorite restaurant but after this visit it will be a while before trying PFChangs again. They also had one cook on duty that seemed overwhelmed. I would like to request a refund please.
