Perri's Pizzeria

Perrys Pizza on Union Street is truly my favorite go to spot in Spencerport. Every visit is such a pleasant experience. The team here is always kind, respectful, and welcoming which makes a big difference. Even when I called close to 10 PM last week right around closing time they still took my order with a smile and made it happen. That level of kindness and commitment to service is something I truly appreciate. The food is always excellent. Their pizza slices are huge and packed with flavor. You definitely get your money’s worth here. Whether you are grabbing a quick slice or ordering a full pizza you can always count on it being hot fresh and delicious. And you have to try the cookies. Since my original post, Perri’s did reach out and resolved the issue we had. They have added to our profile “thin crust, extra crispy” so that this does not happen again. Thank you Perri’s for great customer service in making it right. Twice we have ordered a medium pizza and have asked for thin crust extra crispy only to get home to find a normal thick crusted pizza. Very frustrating!

I Love this Perri's!! I've been to a few locations where Perri's is offered. This one by far is one of the best around. Food is Always on point and the manager Craig is wonderful. Great guy! Thank you Spencerport Perri's for some great grub and service when we are hankering for it 😃

Perri’s is so good and fresh ,and we always are very pleased with our pizza and wings. The customer service is so welcoming. Highly recommend them.

Haven't been back in over a year from having numerous bad customer experiences. Thought I would give them another try since they are less than a mile away. Went two days this week to purchase a couple of slices, both times a bad experiences again. Horrible customer service, both times, with no other customers in the store. They don't acknowledge you when you come to the counter to order, you need to ask for help and then wait 20 minutes to get a slice of pre-made pizza. One girl was behind the counter folding shirts, I was completely ignored. Another girl walked by me 3 times before asking if I needed help.The pizza is not even that good. I will never go to this location again. I would rather drive the extra 6 miles and go to a pizza place that serves it customers right and has good pizza.
