Perkins American Food Co.

We really enjoyed our late lunch there. Our waitress, Katie W was very pleasant, and so accommodating. Our meal was served exactly as we ordered it, great experience. P.S. you have to try the new hot cocoa, soooo good :)

I’ve been in Sedalia a little less than a year. I wonder if a comfort food meal and as I was searching restaurants, I came across Perkins and saw that they served chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. I have not had much luck with a couple of restaurants that I have ordered a delivery from but this was an entirely different experience shortly after placing my order I received a text telling me the exact time my food would be at my door. To my surprise, it was at my door dropped off the minute they said it would be. The chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes were incredibly delicious, hot, tender, and satisfying. the salad was great. Stopped in 2 times. 1 dinner, one lunch. I was well taken care of. Pearl and Drae were both great servers. My food was good. Service was fast and friendly. What more can I ask?

Katie was a cute little waiter that I noticed was working her little heart out with all the tables yet walking in everyone was happy and taken care of and told me the poor lady was alone and might be a min but she was pretty quick. And was very polite. I love this place very friendly and family oriented. Food was awesome by the way!

I cannot say enough about the exemplary customer service I received here—especially on Thanksgiving. A website error failed to send my holiday dinner order to the store, and it didn't notify me until the day of. When I called, the staff went above and beyond to help. They quickly put my entire order together without hesitation, even on such a busy day and the very last minute. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help saved Thanksgiving dinner. I am truly grateful for this team and their outstanding service!
