Great experience today. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. My server's name was Debra C (per receipt). She checked on me just the right amount of times and anticipated my needs. She didn't hesitate when I asked for extra cream. I definitely felt well cared for here and appreciated the excellent service. I will be back!

Arrived right before noon, took 15 minutes to receive the ordered milkshake and another 30 minutes for the food which was incorrect. On a Sunday of course it's busy which needs to be addressed accordingly, obviously it was not. Not a 5* place where you expect to wait that long for food, meanwhile my dog is baking in the heat. Completely unacceptable. Both orders were messed up. That waitress according to her job is to double check orders not grab, go place without checking it especially when it's a special order. No apologies from her. Got my husband's to go, refused my order.Their version of sausage was bratwurst and was burnt. Inedible and disgusting. Waste of $30 and over an hour. Hardee's next door was better and correct.

That was the worst my experience in perkins. We were waiting for our food for at least 40 minutes. And as you know they have a half capacity right now. So it wasn't like crowded or something. Why it took so long we don't know. Then the meat was burned. I liked my banana cream pie. I hope you will improve your service. It is very important that people want to come back to your restaurant. Oh yeah, we were so sick of waiting that we took food to go!

I’ve had better turkey dinners but was craving some comfort food tonight. The mashed potatoes were delicious but the stuffing was salty. Broccoli was steamed perfectly.

The hostess was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes when seated, getting drinks and purchasing some muffins. The waitress was very good.
