Pennys Diner

The food was good, but the gravy had a little too much flour. But the flavor was good. The waitress took my order and then I never saw her again until I paid. Not that I needed anything, but it would have been nice to have her check in on me. Overall, I would go again.

I got the Frisco burger, added lettuce, with fries. Wow was it delicious! These fries are my favorite type of fries. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! We enjoyed our meal here. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day.

It’s a diner in the same format as a Waffle House. The food is good particularly considering you’re st least 45 minutes away from similar alternatives. Note that it’s an open kitchen so you will smell like your food. The locals that hang out here are friendly and like to chat with visitors.

Hands down best diner on this side of the Mississippi. James ended up taking care of us from start to finish - give this man a raise, I love his can do/get it done attitude. Food was great and even got to watch some drama over cooking spray. 100/10

We traverse through Utah quite often with our last over night in Ely, NC With an early start; Milford is perfectly located for a late breakfast or early lunch. Penny's Diner fits that itch perfectly, I generally eat breakfast (even for lunch) and they have never failed to give me a well made meal that is filling and delicious. My wife may have breakfast or lunch sandwich and she has never had a negative comment. I tell friend heading to Souther UT from our area to make the slight detour to catch Milford and Penny's Diner.
