The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is selection. I can understand with the size of Milford though. Other than that it has a wonderful, and warm feeling. Sunlight flows in to give good light. As libraries do it has a lot of local, and State information. The people that work here were helpful, and nice when I was there. Also I've been in quite a few libraries that are not quiet at all. This one was quiet, which I would assume is one of the reasons to go to a library.
