Don’t know how I missed this place but glad we tried it! Pros: • Portion size • Zucchini fries are amazing • Bacon Birdie • Food Service + wait • Staff friendliness Cons: • Pork Chop needed a bit more seasoning • Collard Greens tasted canned

I got the biscuits and gravy and the power bowl and both were absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to come back for some espresso and baked goods.

I love this place and love the choices they have ! Something other then just hamburgers and hotdogs...

I was looking forward to our first visit to Penn’s as I had heard good things about it from others. However, we were quickly very disappointed. The waffle came out burnt, the hash browns (pictures) aren’t hash browns at all but just soggy French fries and were inedible. Additionally the biscuit was stale, and the ketchup was rancid and left a horrible taste and stinging in my wife’s mouth. Furthermore, beware that the latte machine is broken and others have said it’s been broken for months. We won’t return.

This place is great! Right across the street from the AirBnb we stayed in which is why we tried it out for breakfast. We got seated right away and our waitress was super friendly. I got a biscuit with gravy. Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorite breakfast meals and theirs did not disappoint. It wasn’t so thick that it’s like Elmer’s glue and doesn’t soak into the biscuit at all, and it wasn’t so thin that it’s watery and causes a soggy biscuit. There was a hefty amount of sausage in it too. It was delicious. I’m usually disappointed when I order biscuits and gravy at restaurants because I make great gravy, but my only regret at Penn’s was not getting two orders of it.
