Penn Station East Coast Subs

This restaurant is facing south Hanley toward Home Depot. There is adequate parking with overflow to Menards if necessary. Penn station portions are satisfying, the fries are great, the drinks are standard. The prices are competitive and the service is welcoming. When you think Texas Road House...it's the bread ....O'Charleys ...it's the bread...Penn Station.... absolutely it's the bread!! If you have never had their Philly Cheese Steak...then try it...just try anything..decide for yourself. We each have our ownr flavor/taste ... the Penn Station flavor is delicious.....you decide.

I'm going to give this restaurant five stars. Even though one of the sandwiches was a little lacking on bacon and chicken. There was a lot of bread on each end. Any amount of chicken, and only one strip of bacon, could have been better. The other two sandwiches the teriyaki and other chicken were perfectly fine. But I will be giving them five stars because they offer a military discount, the guy behind the counter was very nice and pleasant and conversation. Overall the place is clean, and the sandwiches were not bad. Parking was pretty easy, not really that busy. Pricing and everything were very easy to understand on the wall menu. And overall it's in a pretty good location. If you're thinking about doing a sub sandwich, not a bad choice.

The food was very good. Sandwich is on the small side. I would have enjoyed it more if the staff would have made it correctly like the way I ordered it. I don't care for the ordering and paying process.

This Pen Station is the best location my family has ever visited. The service was friendly from the start, answering questions, welcoming us, bring our food to us, and even offering a free cookie to our toddler. They truly went above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service. Dez is running a great location, and Mark and Ralph are giving excellent service with great attitudes. They are working hard to do all they can for their customers. We appreciate all three of them! The food was fantastic, the best we have had. Fresh and hot. The location was clean and organized, no small thing considering our feet have stuck to the floor and our arms to the tables at other locations. The cleanliness, food quality, and service cannot be overstated! Thank you Dez, Mark, and Ralph for making this

This place is filthy. The floor is slippery. The tray my sandwich came on was sticky. There was a floor mat on a booth. The soda station looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. This place needs a deep cleaning. My husband's sandwich was center topped. Our fries had no seasoning on them.
