Penn Station East Coast Subs

Not really the friendliest place, not the cleanest place to eat in, but my goodness the food is delicious. Overall though it's really not bad for a sandwich shop, and the sandwiches are much better than most.

arrived here at Penn station on westnedge at 8:32 p.m. and all the lights were shut off even though it says they're open till 9:00 p.m. when I went inside the two young gentlemen that were working told me that they cannot make any hot sandwiches only cold sandwiches. Also they said no fries because they had shut everything off. If Penn station is going to close at 8:30 then they should just make their hours 8:30 p.m. it always seems to be the late night crew that are the issue. All because they want to close early and not service the customer. I'm posting this because I know this needs to change and maybe upper management does not know it going on

Just there today, had to wait 5-7 minutes to order..seen by 3 people but ignored...order 3 sandwiches and a large fry..got home and have half of a large fry and 2 sandwiches were + onion when we specifically stated no onion...waited 25 minutes for the to go order. Got home to send comany6 and email in the contact us....filled it out 3 times only to have it say it wasn't working, so I cant contact them to complain, so turned here instead....1 star was the lowest I could go.

Penn Station is great. Great food, service & staff. I ordered delivery, and the food was still made to order. It showed up hot & fresh. They have a great selection of menu items.

I came in today with my family and it was two young men and 1 other lady working. The lady was very rude and unprofessional with both young men talking to them in a rude and inappropriate manner. Poor guys had to deal with it all while I was waiting for my food. While my food was being made she went into the back with a friend who was not a coworker and came back with an attitude when one of the male coworkers said something about it. Very unpleasant to see and killed me and my children’s mood. The food was great but service was slow and unprofessional especially the young lady.
