The food here is delicious and the staff are almost always friendly. But depending on the day and the time of day, or if there's a crowd, the staff can sometimes make careless mistakes. Twice this week, they've made a mistake with my order, by accidently giving it to another customer right before I arrived and I didn't have time to wait, so I had to make an extra trip to get it. And at the location on Medical Center in Murfreesboro, the staff seemed short staffed, there was hardly a place to stand in the waiting area to get my food. And when I got home I realized that my order included someone else's sandwich with mine. Being that I was already on the other side of town at that time I couldn't return it. And of course I'm sure the other customer probably was frustrated by them giving away

Don’t waste your time…. Pretty slow afternoon and waited 25 minutes for a sandwich I wish I could have got my money back ….. plenty of other options ….

I enjoy eating here! Although they didn't have what I normally would get. I was able to order something different and it was good.

They have the most amazing steak and cheese sub. Their fries are amazing. Great with The malt packet.
