Food trucks are a hit and miss for us because consistency is hard. However, this truck has it down. 🤌🙌 The gringas are my personal favorite, and tonight I added the guacamole to the order...now I can't go back. Shame I haven't been doing it before. My husband orders the tamales and says they're the best. I've said before that he's a military kid, naturally he's been everywhere, so him saying the tamales are the best means something. He prefers the red sauce to the green sauce, but that's totally a preference thing. The loaded fries and nachos are what the kids go for. The quesadillas and tacos are also on the table, just depending on their mood. I will say one thing they have that is unexpected is the birria ramen, just not something I'd expect from a food truck. I was unaware this was a food truck but it still exceeded my expectations. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients! Definitely gonna be coming back for more! I ordered the beef burrito and chicken quesadilla and they couldn't have been better.

This taco truck is parked in the lot across from Toots and the vape store, and we just happened to spot it as we were leaving. I’m so glad we did. We ordered six carne asada tacos, four tamales, and a caldo/pozole, and everything was amazing. The tamales are hands down the best I’ve had in Murfreesboro. The masa is perfectly moist and full of flavor. I’ve tried tamales from coworkers, plenty of restaurants, and people’s abuelas, and these are my absolute favorite in the area! I’m really happy we stumbled upon this truck. You know a place is good when, after eating, you feel the need to look up “taco trucks near me” just to leave a review and share how great it is. Best Mexican food truck I have ever encountered. Everything is fresh and delicious. I had ordered a steak quesadilla very exquisite with sour cream and pico de gallo . Very good quesa birrias and Gorditas . I like that this food truck is unique they offer weekend special dishes and other things not just what’s on their menu . I like their authenticity and their great customer service . I highly recommend this food truck to anyone over any Mexican restaurant that serves texmex food and is overpriced and bland .
