Penn Station East Coast Subs

Staff is always friendly, efficient. Food is tasty and fresh. They value people's time and know how to make food fresh and not have a huge wait, at least from what I have experienced.

The service was good. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. Although the food was good, I had to give it a 4-star 🌟 because my chicken teriyaki was little in the dry side, and it didn't make it any better having my sub toasted thus making it crunchy.

Employee John was rude because they were closing in 30 minutes. I have never experienced such a distasteful interaction at Penn station and am severely disappointed in this customer service. And my lemonade was full of seeds.

Used to love coming here. Prices were great and the food was really good. Now they jacked up their prices and the quality of the food went down. Definitely not going to pay for that. Will not be returning.

This Penn station has been open for so many many many years, it’s always clean and food is always amazing. Who ever the owner or manager is they do a great Job having this please clean along with the employees. Thank you!
