Penn Station East Coast Subs

First time never got food and got a full refund due to sanitation concerns!!! They DO NOT have any sanitary procedures with respects to gloves and handling food! All present constantly touching their faces clothing ECT .. wiping sweat from their heads and handling everything. Never once did anyone change gloves or wash there hands! The bread was also very visiblely undercooked.... Do NOT recommend.

got rock hard fries that was setting for an extraly long time and no ketchup was filled after we asked them for it my salad was clear looking very old and my husband got a Philly cheese steak sandwich without anything on it he was spose to get bell pepers and onions and mayo he took it back and they didn't want to make it how the sign said the two young guys was very lazy and didn't want to make or fix our food right it was $45.00 down the drain the fries was so hard that u couldn't even eat it at all we love eating here and this was the worst time here and we was very upset we should have gotten fresh fries made at least and food made how was ordered at least

Placed an order 9:27 they close at 10pm. Im the only customer there. Ethan who was very anxious about something, wouldn't make eye contact and barely spoke a word, almost aggravated, says "we don't have meatball" "we don't have fries" "we don't have cookies". I was sitting there looking at atleast 100 potatoes. Lol. He's obviously ready to go home, and i guess upset that I came in at 9:20 on a Saturday night...? He's the manager! Yall need a new manager! This visit, will make me think twice to come back to Penn Station! I want to go where my business and my $50 are valued. Michael was very polite! Nothing like his manager. I understand not being happy with your job, but dont take it out on the customers, poor michael needs a promotion for dealing with his managers sour attitude

The service is just slow. They’re always under staffed and every time I try to go here it takes 20-30 minutes to make a sandwich. I could go to a traditional sit-down service restaurant in that time. Management really needs to staff better.

My sandwich had to be remade because there was cheese on it and the remade sandwich had random small pieces of cheese on the end and in the middle. Wouldn't have an issue if I wasn't allergic.
