Penn Station East Coast Subs

Drove to my closet Penn Station on a Sunday and yet again it’s 8:30 and they don’t close until 9 and the doors are locked and they are refusing service smh. Fool me twice - this is my last time coming here smh.

Service was terrible. We ordered online. Showed up and was told they were waiting on frys. 30 minutes later we finally got our order. Tge subs were supposed to hot. By the time we got them they were cold. We were standing right in front of the cash register. Needs a refresher course in customer service. Not happy at all!!!

I am order# 61 The young man Treyvon who took the order was great. Whomever he was working with (I think he was the lead since Treyvon seemed new) needs to work on his customer service expeditiously. We ordered the monthly special combo, which is a cheese steak. We ordered a large we did not want mushrooms. We wanted extra banana peppers & onions along with mayonnaise, the team lead asks if it was just a mushroom allergy, or if we just didn't like mushrooms, but said it with a condenseending tone, it didn't matter. why we didn't want the mushrooms. It was irrelevant question. If it had been said in a kind and joking manner, we would have took it that way. We did not🤨 We waited as they seemed to be heavily backed up only to get it home. I showed up about 4pm on a Tuesday and found the door locked. After finally getting the staff to open the door I was told it locks on its own. I explained it was my first time there when I asked about the sandwiches and ended up ordering the Ruban and the Turkey Avocado and then paid. Just moments after I saw the sign that said get a free six inch when you order a regular. I asked about the deal and they told me it was too late and there was nothing they could do about it. ( I should have demanded to cancel and reorder). I was the only one there until a delivery driver arrived and while there I watched while they prepared order after order after order before mine. I must have waited 15 minutes or more. First and last time will eat there.

I had the Club on multi-grain. Turkey, bacon, swiss, lettuce tomato, yum! I had not been here in awhile, gotta get back sooner. Let's learn more about this Downs Syndrome Adoption Foundation.
