Penn Station East Coast Subs

Me and my husband got 2 subs philly cheese steak (with pizza sauce on it!) For my husband and I had their Reuben and we got 2 orders of fries. Everything was hot, fresh and plenty of filling in the subs.. I got full half way through and even leftovers tasted great the next day. Considering how extremely busy they were we only had a short wait for our food. Definitely will be back. Pictures doesn't do any of it justice.

Walked in and immediately knew this was going to be great food! Greeted by friendly staff and our order taken quickly! Stefanie did a great job and was absolutely wonderful! 10/10 service and food!

This was my first and last visit at Penn Station in Clinton. The short girl with black hair was talking and singing and not working leaving her 2 other coworkers stressing. The lobby had 3 other people waiting for a long time and when someone said something the girl with the black hair was making comments about him and everyone could hear her. After waiting 35 minutes for my 2 sandwhiches and order of fries I was offered a free cookie for my wait. when i got home I discovered there was barely any meat on my sandwhich and the philly cheesesteak was so greasy it was inedible. I also found the peel off cover to bottle of ranch in my cup of ranch. Thankfully I was offered a full refund when I went back.

The manager was pleasant, obviously working very hard, but the other employees were really struggling. It wasn't incredibly busy, but somehow they "lost" my order. Asking employee #1 where it was, she said she wasn't sure and went back to what she was doing. So I asked again if it was going to be remade and she said she'd check. She then went back to what she was doing for a while before checking on my sandwich being remade. Long story short, I've been here for 47 minutes waiting on one solitary sandwich.

I was greeted with a hello, how are you doing today? The two workers were super friendly. I was waited on right away. The gentleman that took my order was super polite and professional. He also made my Philly cheesesteak. I was very satisfied with my service and the food was even better. I literally could only say good things about my expedience today. It was around 4pm on a Friday. Keep up the great work.
