Hamock’s

Went for lunch today. It was so awesome, I took my wife for dinner. Both times we did take-out. Place looks really nice inside. Relaxing. The service is first class and the food? DELICIOUS. Not a huge menu but a good variety. The takeout packaging was the best I have ever seen. This place is a gem. Once the Clinton downtown construction is finished, this place will be BOOMING!

Definitely my new lunch spot! My mom and I got the grilled cheese, cucumber sandwich, and Mac and cheese. Everything was fantastic! The staff is so friendly and attentive to their customers! The restaurant is beautiful and cozy! The tables and chairs are so sturdy (idk why that matters but it feels like they put more love into it) and everything is clean! A great place to catch up with friends or get some work done! I can’t wait to try their coffee menu next time!

Stopped in and got the biscuits and gravy for breakfast and it did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 on the biscuits and gravy. Some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Would encourage everyone to give them a try for breakfast or lunch! Great food, great service, and even better people!!

Couldn't recommend this place more and is exactly what Clinton needs. I've eaten here twice for breakfast, which is the best in town, and lunch and the food is fresh and well prepared. I love their club sandwich and veggie soup, which is brothy and filling all at once. The people who work there are always so kind and attentive and clearly care about this establishment, which I believe has been in Clinton for many, many years, but this new-ish location is great. On another note, I work at the local food pantry and Community Action Commission and Hamock's has generously given leftover food from catering or breakfast any time they have it.
