Penn Station East Coast Subs

Order at your own risk. I ordered over the phone with a 15 minute ready time. Disappointed to have paid upon arrival since when they told me my order was ready and still have to wait more than 20 minutes for one sandwich. It's not even dinner or lunch time.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Penn Station. The food was overpriced for the quality and lacked freshness. My sandwich was sloppy, barely warm, and poorly put together, and the fries were greasy and not crisp at all. Service didn’t help either. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested, and the place didn’t feel very clean, especially the tables and prep area. For the price, I expected much better. There are plenty of places that offer better food, better service, and better value. They didn't even put what order in my 3 subs chicken and cheese only abd i paid otger tapping extra . Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Placed an online order and was completely charged for it, just to be declined at the counter. Wouldn't make the food that I'd already paid for, was told it'd, "take a minute", for it to cancel and be refunded. The order was placed over 20 minutes before arriving.. Never had this issue at any other location, I will not be back.

I had craved a sandwich for like a week before ordering it today. I tried placing my order three times online but the website kept getting a 500 error so I called in. Went to pick up my food and had to wait 5 min after they tossed my food on the counter to pay for it, then I got home and they made the wrong sandwich. Super disappointed.

Paid for the extra, got really nothing, 2 subs, both of them are backwards, I would not go in during the afternoon, I got screwed, it was over 30 bucks easy... I wouldn't recommend unless you're going to be down their backs or something --- MATTHEW, A MANAGER THERE CALLED AND OFFERED TO RE MAKE THE MEAL FOR ME NO CHARGE, THANK YOU. the order really was messed up
