Customer Reviews
Ordered online for pickup went inside and still waited 20 minutes. I’m pretty understanding but there was like 3 customers in the whole store. I couldn’t imagine if the place was busy. I mean if I order for pickup on my lunch break and can’t even make it back in time that’s not very convenient for anyone.. will not be back.
we came in and ordered a blt and a large fry. The girl who was working the front had an absolutely horrible attitude and was very obviously irritated that we were there. The managers were super nice but the front register girl completely ruined the experience.
Penn Station East Coast Subs is a must-visit for sandwich lovers! Their subs are made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients and grilled to perfection. The bread is soft and flavorful, and the fries are hand-cut and cooked fresh for every order. The lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick. A fantastic spot for a delicious and satisfying meal!
We have been to this location many times, all with very good results. This time, though, my husband’s usual order of a chicken Philly was not good at all. He ordered it with the usual plus banana peppers and mayo. It was smothered in mayo, and had little chicken and very few peppers. He complained that it didn’t taste the same at all, and he wouldn’t finish it. My sandwich and that of my son were good as usual. I don’t really understand this change. My husband is not very forgiving about stuff like this and may never order there again.
Lady took our order then wandered off. Young man that was supposed to be making our subs was too distracted by the young lady who I assumed was an employee that was off that day. Whispering in his ear, helping herself to drinks. All the while our food was not being prepared. The food overall wasn't bad, just a bit pricey for what it was. The service however was horrendous and that is why I'll probably never eat at any Penn station Sub again. The only people eating there were employees who weren't working, and I can see why. Also had some weird smell like something spoiled or just not clean
