Campus Tour whew lol. We have been on quite a few. A sigh of relief too not have to do anymore. Overall its a small campus. Which I believe for most students especially incoming Freshmen would like to not feel like a number and be swallowed up. To feel like you can get the assistance you really need. We were able to see inside classrooms and also a mock student room. Our student tour guide I believe her name was Yasmeen. Did an excellent job. She was rushed with us because we had another engagement. Though she did give detailed information at every location. With that she was well informed and gave us a well rounded look at tye campus. Also she gave us some insight into some things we were unaware of. Overall I think we are sold 😆.
Beautiful place. Chilly weather but enjoying. People are nice, considerate and friendly. Strictly adhere to rules while driving. Penn state university is in top 10 in USA (apart from ivy league).
Great Commonwealth Campus!! Excellent academics, sports, and a good amount of clubs. Advising could be a bit more organized.
Great school, great price, everyone here really makes an effort to make you feel welcome and help you with your academics.Almost all class sizes are small (< 30), except for a few lectures like CHEM 110 and PHYS 211 where there may be 100+ students. For engineers, EDSGN will be an enjoyable class where you learn the basics of how engineers design structures and products. Highly recommended the 2+2 program for students trying to save money and want to start out at a smaller campus.
Amazing nature, nice people, a very good school for studying and meeting new friends
