The Temporadas

Really cool food truck off the side of the road offering tacos, empanadas, quesadillas, and other Mexican style cuisine. I had the carnitas tacos and a beef empanada. I thought the empanada was great. Flaky outside with tons of moist and seasoned ground beef inside. The carnitas tacos were solid. They were a little dry in some areas, and I like a little crisp on the outside of my pork, but overall, the flavors were there and great portion for the price. Thanks for the food!

The empanadas are huge, possibly baked instead of fried and the meat inside is really tender. The burger was amazing - there were grilled onions, and peppers, a great sauce and the bun was perfect. It’s definitely like a burger and a half in terms of size. I tried the dobladitas because they were one of the daily specials and I had never heard of them. It’s like a taco and a quesadilla had a baby but definitely more meat inside and then there’s cheese on top that gets melted, and they give you sauces. They have picnic tables outside with a string of lights, so you could sit and eat outside, but I got it to go

So we've been talking about stopping at The Temporadas along 230. Well we finally did!! Let us tell you, if you're in Central PA and haven't been here yet, you all have too!! Needless to say the chicken and beef Empanadas are just banging!!! We will be back for sure!!

AUTHENTIC!! Hidden gem! We ordered the chicken tacos, chicken empanadas, pernil (roasted pork) and chicken. The pernil & chicken came with rice & sautéed veggies. Also each meal came with the BEST coleslaw I ever had in my life! Plus a can of soda of our choice. The owner even gave me a free sample of fish & rice while I waited. Omg perfection! We are first time customers and now lifetime customers. Give this place a try, u will not regret it!!

I pass this place frequently. So today I was hungry and I wanted something different. Well I must say that this was everything I wanted and more. There was so much flavor going on in there. If I'm being honest that was probably the best thing I've eaten since 2020. The shear weight of this platter is amazing for the price. I definitely couldn't finish it. Sorry for the picture it really doesn't do it justice. The platter shifted in the car. This is the Loko bowl. I got it with fries but you can order with rice and plantains also. This place is another hidden gem😋 Salute🍷
