Pelicans SnoBalls Rome

I will forever go to a pelicans for a snowball. They are THE best. I wish there were more in other places. To the Karen's in the reviews fussing about the slowness or just fussing to fuss, you forget the food service industry is low and don't have a lot of workers. Maybe next time it is slow, think maybe they don't have a lot of people working. You can tell who has and who hasn't worked in the food industry.

At first I just thought it was bad luck with whoever was working at the time that I didn’t get enough syrup. But every single time I come here my snowball is DRY. Every. Single. Time. Idk why I even keep coming back. Why are yall so stingy with the syrup??

We have not great experiences here before but decided to stop by here tonight and give them another shot. After sitting at the drive thru window for a couple of minutes, rang their bell a few times. Was about to leave when another car pulled in to order at the window, I waited to see if anyone would come up there and no one did. This was almost an hour before they closed. The open signs were on and tip jars were out. He ran the bell at the door and knocked. No one ever came up. They ended up leaving, after being there waiting for a total of 12 mins we left. When we were passing back by we saw someone at the drive thru window and someone taking their order. We came back around and stopped in, a girl opened the window and I told her how long we had waiting and about the other car coming up w

The staff is awesome and the prices are fair. However the many different varieties of snowballs you can choose from is great. They even have toppings you can add to your snowball. I love it!!!

New place so we made a point to go at an odd time and had no wait.. it was delish!!!! So many flavors - including sugar free options, specials, and toppings! They even have dog treats! Highly recommended!
