Pizza Roama

Pizza! Great pizza! Our family went Friday night to Pizza Roama’s new restaurant facility and sat inside enjoying a couple pies. Tried the pistachio pesto and pepperoni hot honey. Both were great but I enjoyed the pepperoni a bit more. Their crust is fresh; nice and chewy. Sauce (pepperoni) is tangy and a bit sweet. Loved the combo. The inside is a bit sparse but you can tell they are just getting things put together. Saw a guitar with a wood crate raised floor for Friday performances. Hope that catches on. Prices are just a tad high, but isn’t everything these days? Don’t think you will be disappointed with the taste and texture. With such good pizza I sure hope that Rome falls in love with Pizza Roama.

Pizza is made to order, served nice and hot. It’s incredible! Ordered a Rudolph’s pie and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is super chill. Loved the patio! 10/10.

I love the location, the setup with the pizza truck outside and service inside. The pizza was heavenly-fresh, hot, perfect amount of toppings and that little bit of char on a thin crust. Emily was our bartender and she is fabulous! Best customer service I've had in Rome in some time. She was very attentive, greeted everyone that came in the door and made sure to check in on everyone from time to time. As soon as a table was empty, she was there to clean it and make it ready for the next guest. Great pizza, great service! This will be a weekly treat for my husband and I. Go check it out!!

I think we may have hit them on an off night. Plus they've only been open for about two weeks. So they're probably still working out the kinks. My pizza had a bit of a scorched taste. I think pizza is supposed to have a bit of a char on the bottom. But the taste was a bit too harsh for me. I definitely liked the sauce. And the ingredients had a quality taste. I particularly liked the Italian sausage. The dough was a bit unique, in my experience. I'm no pizza dough expert. But this dough was very much like those soft spongy bread sticks you get at some places, that are about 5-6 inches long and about 1.5 inches in diameter. I had the Pesto, it had the perfect amount of toppings & the flavor profile was absolutley INCREDIBLE!! 👌 Harry and his crew have so much passion and it DEFINITELY shows! 💪😎
