Pelican's Snoballs

Thos is not an icecream place. It is a whole snow cone experience. My kiddos enjoyed the different colors, flavors and suprise of gummy candy. Small play area in the parking lot that includes, corn hole boards, chalk, and a small kiddie slide. We visited from out of state. Although not what I expected it was a cute little spot. Only thing I would say is be patient the night we visited there was only one person working the stand. She did it with grace and was pleasant the whole time. Overwhelmed by the line I'm sure, but she just kept moving along.

We stopped during a break on a 610-mile road trip for some refreshment. The woman working was very friendly, offering us samples of flavors to ensure we liked what we ordered. There was a bit more syrup on the cone than I personally liked, but it was not bad.

I can't speak to the snowballs because I didn't have one. We had the soft serve and it was like ice milk. It actually has crushed ice in it , I was not pleased. We didn't even eat it. Sorry, not true soft serve. I gave it a 3 because people were there getting snoballs.

Snowballs are pretty good depending on what flavor you get, but avoid the vanilla soft serve at all costs.

I will suggest the owner to have a grownup runing each shift. The two teenagers that were working there today in the afternoon were not very polite. The snow balls were good as always but not a good experience with the customer service.
