When you come in, there are many good smells! You can taste test anything, so feel free to ask. The hot cheese kielbasa was so good, and the staff were friendly.

What a remarkable store. You walk in and can smell the smoked produce and if you weren't hungry, you will be. Everything is smoked in house behind the shop area over a fire of apple, cherry, hickory or sweet maple woods. There is a board on the left listing all their homemade sausages from all around the world as well as hams and other items. We bought some kielbasa, Canadian bacon and breakfast sausages. The owner overheard a question we asked about the smoking process and gave us a backstage tour and it was just wonderful. The fire is lit in the basement below the racked meats and the smell was so wonderful. We then bought a bigger ring of kielbasa as we knew we wouldn't get this chance again on our year long tour of North America. Its a really special place.

Pekarskis has the best smoked pork chops, ham, bacon and, of course, their famous sausage! Our "go to" meat market.

Wonderful! We got the smoked sausage with cheese and hot peppers 🌶 😋 and the regular smoked kielbasa since we love both, Add beans and boom. Easy, delicious dinner. I especially love the smell of smoked sausage while shopping. They carry specialty mustards and other sundries, premium cuts of meat, and tons of smoked meats. They also offer tshirts.
