Peet's Coffee

Always busy but in a good way. I like that a lot of people use these as a place to meet up and talk, it gives the place a very vibrant feel. Customer service here is fast and well coordinated

Peet’s Coffee – Expected More I was really looking forward to visiting Peet’s because I actually enjoy their coffee beans at home. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The coffee was good, but not amazing—I'd compare it to an average Starbucks. The barista seemed professional, but overall, it just felt like something was missing.

This is a big Peet's, but as I sit here at 3:30pm on a Tuesday, it's full with only one or two open seats. The workers are friendly and laid-back, a bit too casual at times I think, but it works. They're busy and the coffee's tasty! I'll keep on coming by.

I placed an online order this morning. When I arrived to pickup my order, there was a note on a small bag stating to speak to someone at the register. I spoke to a young gentleman at the barista counter and he stated that they were out of the plant based sandwiches. He asked if I wanted something else and said that I just a refund for the sandwiches. He gestured to the register and I think a young lady was supposed to help me, but she looked confused. I was pressed for time so I mentioned I had to leave without my refund. I called to see if they were able to reverse the charges for the sandwiches. Apparently, I had to be present to reverse the charges, and I should have kept the note that was written on the bag. I understand that they were busy, and obviously I could not jump into the lin

Great experience at Peet’s Coffee. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They got my order exactly right, and the drink was made perfectly. It’s always nice to visit a place where the team clearly cares about both the service and the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back.
