Peapod by Stop & Shop

Been going through Peapod for a few years now and have never had issue with groceries or delivery. Always great quality and very fresh. The only small thing i have seen in terms of negative is that while most of the delivery men were polite and professional, a few were just plain rude. Decided that the good of this very dependable service ourweighs the bad and whenever dealing with "people" there is always the possible of meeting someone who you wish conducted themselves better . But a small issue and not great enough to make change grocers. In the end, 5 stars. Great service.

They have a very convenient grocery delivery service. They always have top quality service, and if an item is out of stock, they usually make it right by replacing it with something of greater value. I've never had any problems with quality here.

This delivery service is hit or miss. Their texting service is useless as most of the drivers do not use the system properly so they will either text you that they will be there shortly, and don’t show up for 40 minutes, or you’ll get the text as they as pulling out of your driveway to leave. Most delivery drivers rush to get all of the groceries in your house all at one time, carrying many bags ultimately damaging any bakery goods or items on soft packages. Today specifically I waited the entire allotted delivery time (3-5pm) for the driver to arrive and I had no notification on status of their arrival even after 5pm. I ended up calling customer service (which is helpful if you initiate the effort) and they informed me that the truck had a new arrival time for anywhere in the next hour. H

Not impressed. 2 damaged items. 6 items not delivered because they were not in stock...including bananas. Who doesn't have bananas in stock? Offered me a $10 coupon for the inconvenience and then the coupon never arrived.

Great service professional respectful and helpful drivers I’ve never had an item missing and I’ve use Peapod at least 15 times I like the update in my email that I can add something up till a certain hour and I also like the map telling me where I am on the delivery list seriously no complaints great service and continue to use it even after the pandemic
