Got my birthday cake from here, it was reasonably priced, delicious, and they accommodated my design request!

Would love an update on the hours, or a 0hone that has a voicemail, i showed up during open hours on thursday and the shop was closed with no sign saying why or when they would open again. Now it is Friday and i called twice, the first time its possible i got hung up on, the second time someone answered and there was silence. I thought they may be suspicious of my out of state phone number so i said i was a chelsea resident trying to reach the bakery to clear up any confusion. More silence and they hung up. I'm trying to support local but theyre not making it easy.

We got a delicious custom strawberry shortcake birthday cake (12-15 servings) for $85. Best cake and awesome design/execution!

This place use to be a good bakery for cakes. Especially when they had a location in E.Boston. Now they have fallen in quality. My wife just bought a cake that apparently was already going bad at the bakery unknowingly to us as the customer. When she brought it home it was refrigerated for about 5 hrs until we decided to have some and the fruits inside were very rancid. Gave some to my family and they said the same thing, that the cake and the fruit inside were bad. Plus no customer service. They were Annoyed that we even called and brought the cake back, didn’t even offer a full refund.

TERRIBLE. I ordered a tres leches cake for my sisters birthday and while picking it up the lady who brought out the cake gave me the wrong one so I calmly said “oh that isn’t my cake” and she goes okay sorry but there’s no need for you to be rude and raise your voice. I stood there astonished because there wasn’t even a rude tone in my voice I simply said it wasn’t my cake, but oh it gets worse because we get back home and take a bite into the cake and it is BITTER the milk or I don’t know what I’m the cake was definitely expired it tasted horrible and you think it ends there NO because then I pick up one of the strawberry’s on top of the cake AND ITS FUZZY AND HAS MOLD ON IT. I don’t know if this was a one time mess up, but lord it took everything in me to not like right then and there. T
