I stumbled upon Paulie’s Deli while driving through Katonah, and it was easily the highlight of my day! The place is incredibly cozy and captures that authentic local deli vibe where you’re greeted like an old friend. The staff is remarkably polite and efficient; they whipped up my order in just a few minutes, even with a line. The sandwiches are absolutely massive, the ingredients are top-notch, and the bread is fantastic. It’s in a great location right on Woods Bridge Rd with easy parking, making it a perfect spot for a quick bite. I’ll definitely be coming back!
