Five stars, no question! If you haven’t been to Paul and Jack in Apex yet, you’re missing out on something truly special. From the moment you walk in, the friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home — the kind of place where you actually want to linger over your cup rather than rush out the door. And speaking of cups — their coffee is beyond compare. I’ve tried plenty of cafés in the area, and nothing comes close. But the real showstopper? The pastries. Their croissants are the real deal — buttery, flaky, and layered in a way that instantly takes you back to a little bakery somewhere in Europe. I’ve been on a mission to find pastries of this quality anywhere nearby, and I can say with confidence that Paul and Jack has everyone else beat. Exceptional service, a warm and welcoming vibe,

This place is so freaking cute. The owners are super nice and friendly. The selection was great and prices were also very fair for what you are getting. Absolutely support your local bakery and business.

Tried the new location and it was fantastic. We ordered iced lattes, which were very good. The cinnamon bun was amazing, and the strawberry cream bombolone was absolutely divine. The desserts truly shine - rich and flavorful without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated, and it was clear everything was freshly made. I’m already excited to come back and try their cakes. The staff was also warm and welcoming!

Paul and Jacks is so yummy! I've gotten pastries 3 times now and each time everything has been delicious! The raspberry pistachio croissant and bombolina are so good but a little messy - watch out for the filling! The employees have generally been pleasant even when they're busy. Olha rung me up this time and she gave me a big smile and was very nice.

This place is amazing!! We stopped by for a quick pastry and got the guava pastilito and the cinnamon bun. SO good! The cinnamon bun was so soft and fluffy and not too sweet. Coming from Miami I miss guava pastilitos and this one was just so delicious! We snagged a quick picture after we started eating it lol. So excited to try more next time! Service was very helpful too!
