Patsy's Pizzeria

Completely forgettable food bland, uninspired, and not worth the trip. The waitress was painfully awkward with zero people skills, radiating a strange hostility that instantly killed the mood. She truly doesn’t belong in a customer-facing role. The manager wasn’t much better: stiff, robotic, and equally lacking in warmth. The whole experience was a waste. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

This place is fine but that’s about it. When you ask a server a question, be prepared for a puzzled “Huh?” Maybe the music’s too loud, or maybe it’s just a generational thing, either way, clarity doesn’t seem to be on the menu. The food looks great, almost too good. You can’t wait to dig in… until you actually do. The pizza doesn’t quite taste like pizza. The pie hits the table already halfway too cold. The mussels? Rubbery, with too many that never even opened. The short rib sounded promising, but the only highlight was the carrots. The meat itself was overcooked, drowning in sauce, and ultimately forgettable. I recently visited Patsy's with a few friends and had an amazing time! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel like family. Alec is a fantastic host and made sure we were being taken care of throughout the night. We ordered a few appetizers and pizzas and everything was excellent. Patsy's is a great addition to the neighborhood and I highly recommend to bring your friends and family to this establishment!

Lunch with friends we entered about 12:30 PM for salad and pizza took over two hours from start to finish. The service left a lot to be desired and would not be returning and the pizza was fair when they brought it to our table. It was cold. it looks like it’s been sitting around for a while.

Pizza was good, prices were not. $95 (plus 20 percent) is a little steep for what it is. Place is working out the kinks with the staff but $20 espresso martinis? Yikes. Hope they can get it together as it would add value to this small Bronxville town
