Pastry Fusions LLC

Our wedding venue partnered with Frank at Pastry Fusions to provide a wedding cake as part of their package. Frank was so easy to work with designing the cake for our day! We scheduled a tasting at the shop where we were able to sample different cakes, fillings and frostings. Frank also had a large portfolio of previous cakes ranging in styles and themes for us to review. Frank ensured the cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition. We went with chocolate cake and a raspberry filling and it was absolutely delicious!! Thank you, Frank!

Don't overlook the breakfast egg sandwiches or donuts here! This place is better than a diner for breakfast. And their donuts are huge and the structure of the dough is delightful. Quick service too. And for pastry, they have the best sfogliatelle I've ever had - so fresh.

For Christmas Eve we usually go to a bakery in New Haven. This year we decided to get pastries from Pastry Fusions. BEST DECISION!! Everything was fresh. The girls were very helpful and patient. And the Sfogliatelle.... THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! I'm so glad we chose to try somewhere new for our pastries. Oh, and everything else is great too! We go there often for donuts and bagels.

Frank is a very kind owner. He is very attentive for his customers. Great attitude and my big thing is customer service. His Wedding cakes are beautiful. Has some really good flavors too. Well our wedding is coming up on May 21st this year so I will give a update to 5 stars so stay tuned. That's Frank. I know you will do a good job.

We used Pastry Fusions for our 7/4/20 wedding! They were so friendly and accommodating! Due to COVID we had to switch our venue to half way across the state and they still delivered. When discussing the options for the design of the cake, they were very helpful! The cake came out better than even imagined! I am so grateful that when we changed our venue we stuck with this bakery! I couldn’t ask for a better business to deal with!
