Came here on NYE w the wife as I saw this spot on TikTok. It’s a very cozy restaurant where you can order at the table or counter and grab a number so the food can be brought over. They have a decent selection of pastas, definitely fresh. I tried the bolognese and carbonara. My bolognese was cooked well but the spaghetti tasted a bit under for my preference. The texture wasn’t right which is unfortunate because their sauces are excellent. No cheap ingredients, taste was great. Pricing is fair - expensive side, we got 2 pastas and a salad for $70. Again for the quality it makes sense. The salad was fantastic! Vinaigrette was yum! The chicken cutlet is a must. Sensational! I’d come here again but hope I’d get better service. The freshness, quality and the flavors were top notch. The Genovese sauce with the paccheri pasta - to die for, chefs kiss!! The parmigiana di melanzane - outstanding! The desserts did bot disappoint either! The tiramisu was second to none and the Torte Della Nonna, yum! The service was friendly, prompt and professional, thanks Amani! Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be back!!!

I had an absolutely phenomenal meal at Pastaru Pastificio and I’m already planning my return. We started with the Carciofini Fritti, which were perfectly crisp, light, and beautifully seasoned. Not greasy at all — just delicate, golden, and addictive. A fantastic way to open the meal. The Polpette were rich, tender, and deeply flavorful. You can taste the quality of the meat and the balance of herbs. Comforting without being heavy. For my main, I had the Rigatoni with Amatriciana and it was outstanding. I Love this Place! It truly brings me back to Italy ! Simone and staff are very hospitable. Welcome us always with a smile and always treat us well. But on to the real deal. The food here is fantastic. The pasta is always on point and cooked to perfection. The specials hit every time ! The pistachio pesto mortadella sandwich fantastic , the potato and leek ravioli amazing. Also I Highly recommend the spaghetti cacio e pepe and the fettuccine bolognese Is another delight ! Dessert and coffee Is a must also. The cannoli and the tiramisù outstanding. Everything is fresh and done to perfection. Also the lunch special prices can't be beat. Authentic fresh Italian pasta for 12 dollars is unbeatable!
