A proper Caesar salad includes: 1. Romaine lettuce – fresh and crisp. 2. Grilled chicken – often added, though not in the original recipe. 3. Crunchy croutons – made with garlic and olive oil. 4. Parmesan cheese – shaved or grated. 5. Caesar dressing: • Egg yolk or quail egg, • Olive oil, • Anchovies, • Dijon mustard, • Worcestershire sauce, • Lemon juice or vinegar, • Garlic, • Salt and pepper. Lettuce, croutons, and cheese alone are NOT a Caesar salad. For $9, I got plain cabbage with a few croutons and cheese. Ridiculous.

My husband and I have ordered takeout a couple of times the food is good but we have noticed it's extremely salty some of the dishes that we have ordered I'm not very healthy for people who are trying to watch their blood sugar and their cholesterol so I just wanted to give people warning and not the healthiest Italian food

You need to learn to approach your customers in a timely manner, instead of making me stand and wait at the checkout counter.

Incredible flavor and fast service. I ordered a large pepperoni and garlic knots — everything came hot and delicious. This is my new go-to pizza spot!

Spaghetti Bolognese was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Meat was mushy and the sauce had a sour flavor to it. The garlic knots were hard. And the penne vodka was very bland I will never order from here again!!!
