This is some of the very best and most authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. Don’t let the outside fool you— this place is amazing. Give it a shot and I bet you’ll be so glad you did.

Got the aguachile and it was probably the best I’ve ever had, I live about 2hr away but would definitely go back just for that. It’s really spicy but if you like heat it’s amazing

I had been meaning to dine here since they opened 3 months ago, but just hadn't had the chance or forgot. I wish this nice family a great deal of good luck and pray for their success. The owners and help are so sweet and patient. The place is spotlessly clean and fresh. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommended!!

Stumbled upon this authentic Mexican restaurant on our way back from Independence, VA — and what a find! The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, even though they spoke only Spanish (thank you, Google Translate!). The food was hands down the best Mexican I’ve had in a long time — the guacamole was super fresh, the choripapas were bursting with flavor, and the camarones ala diabla were simply out of this world. I finished with a dessert of strawberries and cream (I forgot its name), and it was absolutely heavenly. A true hidden gem — can’t wait to stop by again! Food was tooo good that I forgot to click pictures 😃

The food and service were fine but I wouldn’t say great. The atmosphere wasn’t quite what I expected for a family outing. Families with young children may want to consider a different alternative.
