The burgers are really good BUT we've been several times during business hours and they've been unable to make burgers. Last week at 3pm on a day that they were open until 5pm, they were closed for cleaning. Today at lunch time, they couldn't grill... Grill is in the business name! Ugh! There have been other times too. We won't be trying again.
Great food at great prices, large portions of fries that I have to split often. One thing I don't like about this place is the wait for food. Don't expect it quick.
Good fast food at a really low price!
1st time here. Hamburger is delicious, BBQ sandwich is delicious, and my favorite crinkle cut fries! Yummy!
Great food... after I have to wait 6 to 7 minutes waiting in line while the entire staff sees me standing there and walks past taking care of other things such as talking to other customers who already have their food, straightening chairs for no reason, checking the drink machine and any other mundane task while a customer stands there and waits. Ridiculous. This happened several times
