Parker John's BBQ & Pizza, Green Bay

Friday night we went to Parker John’s, a BBQ restaurant we had visited once shortly after it opened. We remembered it being good but, for some reason, never made it back, until now. Going to a BBQ joint for a fish fry might sound a little strange, but Parker John’s offers an all-you-can-eat beer-battered haddock and/or southern fried shrimp for $18.99, and curiosity got the best of us. We started the night with a perfectly muddled Old Fashioned, which immediately set the tone. We started with the Wisconsin cheese curds, and wow. Lightly breaded and seasoned with garlic and parsley, they were salty, garlicky, and perfectly cheesy, so completely addictive. Another dinner ordered was the burnt ends. While they could have been a bit more tender, they had great flavor and a nice crust. Now

Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday. It was busy with a lot of younger people (teenagers) and regulars. I ordered the brisket burnt ends. They were decent, nice and meaty, but it had a lot of sauce on it. It would've been nice to chose the BBQ sauce I wanted. I also got a peach cobbler to go, so I didn't get the ice cream. It wasn't the best peach cobbler, it was mostly a cake type crust with a little bit of peaches in the middle. Over all I would go here again and try the all you can eat wings!

Chris is an amazing waitress. We came in tonight. We were told it was going to be a 40 min wait we said that was fine and we used the duck machine to waste some time and were seated in less than 10 minutes.. everyone was really friendly even tho they were all really busy. Chris is by far our favorite waitress this is our 2 time here and we hope we get her next time. Food is amazing as always! Keep up the great work guys!

Food is pretty good. Some servers are great others meh. Last time we went was a Friday and the haystack onions tasted fishy (yuck!). We also ordered the garlic nots, they were also a little fishy, but I'd they'd use a seperate fryer for fish this could be avoided. We also felt the garlic nots should be cut smaller prior to cooking. That would make them easier to eat. The pizza sauce was extra thick (and tasty). Our server was so extremely good we didn't want to complain about these things. Just a few small suggesting for our future visits. We made a "linner" visit... around 3:30pm.

Thank you for the rockstar time last night date night with the kids amazing food. Our waitress was perfect made my son's night answered all his silly questions to showing him the fire place
