Park Ave Bed & Breakfast

Once again we had another wonderful visit with Val in her beautiful home. Perfection is still the goal and she achieved the goal again! Delicious breakfast meals in a lovely setting and extremely clean house. Absolutely no problems. Looking forward to our next visit. See my June 2024 review with photos.

This bed and breakfast is a true gem. The house was amazingly restored by the owners, and Valerie makes your experience perfect! Great location within walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars. Great home cooked breakfast in the morning. We will stay here any time we go to Brockport, or the surrounding Rochester area

This lovingly ( and painstakingly perhaps?) restored historic home, was incredible. Our host Valerie could not have been more welcoming and informative as we inquired about the Park Ave B&B. Do ask her to share details of this history, as well as the extensive renovation. Staying here felt like home, with warmth and so much comfort. We already have referred multiple people to book a future stay . If there is a downside, it is that we now have a super high bar for any additional b&bs! Thank you Valerie.

We loved our stay at Park Ave B&B! It was the perfect stop while biking the Erie Canal Trail—close enough that we easily rode there right from the path. The location is ideal, with several great restaurants within walking or biking distance. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and featured a private en suite bathroom with a tub. Breakfast was both plentiful and delicious, the kind that fuels you for a day of riding. We also enjoyed chatting with Val, the gracious proprietor, and meeting our fellow guests. A wonderful stay all around—highly recommended!
