Parea Greek Kitchen

I had a taste for Greek food, so I thought I would try somewhere new. Parea got good reviews online and they serve moussaka, so I was sold. But having eaten there once, I will not be back. Their food was just satisfactory. I ordered a small village salad, moussaka, and their okra. The small village salad is their Greek salad without lettuce, which is more authentic to how Greek salads are served in Greece. But Parea’s village salad is mostly tomatoes and feta. This is not how they are served in Greece! Parea should call their salad a Greek Caprese salad, because that is a more accurate description. Really Fabulous Food. Great service. Great ambiance. Definitely worth the trip even if they are not close to you. Prices are incredible especially because of quality and portions. Delicious! My picture don’t do it justice!!!!

Safe, clean, and surrounded by newer buildings, it sets the tone before you even walk inside. Parking downtown can usually be a headache, but not here. Can’t find a spot? No problem. Visited this Greek restaurant for the first time and it did not disappoint! We passion paradise drink, the chicken kabob, and the stuffed chicken breast — everything tasted amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was great too, and the whole experience left me very satisfied. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Parea Greek Kitchen is amazing! Thank you to Danny and Pete for hosting the Arlington Heights Women of the Chamber Holiday Luncheon! They were SO SO Generous with complimentary Sangria and appetizers AND desserts for the table too! The food and atmosphere and service were amazing and I can't wait to return.
