Had really high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly all my all my appetite went away when I saw they added just a regular piece of slice American cheese on the fries which were soggy and nasty. Do better.
If I could give Pardon My Cheesesteak less than 1 star, I absolutely would. For starters, this isn’t even a real restaurant. It’s incredibly misleading and feels like a complete scam. How something like this is even allowed to operate is beyond me. Save your time, money, and frustration—don’t bother with this so-called establishment.
We ordered online and got a chipotle chicken and buffalo chicken. The labels indicated these sandwiches but we got just regular chicken ones instead of specialty. Not real authentic. Definitely not worth the price. Fries left a lot to be desired too. Wouldn’t recommend
This place is an IHOP, clearly rebranded so people have higher expectations. I ordered 3 buffalo loaded fries and they forgot to put cheese on all three. What a joke.
They don’t allow special requests, I.e. you cannot order a cheeseless cheesesteak when you are lactose intolerant. What a stupid business model.
