Stopped by Papa’s before heading over to catch 54 for happy hour. Went upstairs, which has a better view and sat at the bar. Had a beer and they offered free tortillas and salsa. We ordered chicken bites from the appetizer menu, which were pretty good. Then we tried the taco flight. Yes a taco flight!. Would definitely recommend and they give you four tacos with your choice of tortilla corn or flour. With four different meats. Excellent! Our bartender was very good and very attentive probably because we were one of only five people sitting at the bar at this time. Upstairs, they have outdoor seating that look over the bay, which is very nice. If you sit at the bar most of the time you’re back is to that scenery so I would suggest sit outside if you can.

My wife and I had an amazing meal here. We were delighted to discover we made it in time for happy hour. We ordered beef nachos and a burrito to split, but took the burrito home because the nachos were aplenty! The food was stellar. Jordyn was our server. She was attentive, informative, pleasant, and thorough. We will definitly be back and often!

While the food isn't authentic Mexican fare, the meal was delicious and the drinks were as well. Our server was attentive, and we arrived in time to take advantage of their happy hour drink and appetizer specials. The house margarita was great, but the fresh cucumber margarita was over the top. We were seated outside on the lower floor patio which was pleasant, but I imagine it would have been even better if we had been on the second floor. Overall, I'll be sure to return next year when I'm in town.

Attended the tequila and mezcal dinner on 9/6. Everything was fantastic. From food to drinks, service and presentation, it was a great experience. Put this on you list of must do!

Excellent drink menu, tasty food, great staff, cute plate! I recommend getting there early if you want a seat in the outdoors-upstairs area. Would definitely go again Parking is a bit difficult but I’d recommend ubering there & walking around the area a bit, close to the beach
