When it comes to Detroit-style pizza , the options are slim. When it comes to good Detroit style pizza ( outside Michigan or high priced boutique pizzerias ) the list is even shorter . Papa’s Pizza To Go belongs right up at the top of that list . I ordered online , and the ordering process was easy , and allowed almost infinite customization, so much that I was able to order my square pan pizza with triple pepperoni and triple cheese . Upon arrival I received a warm greeting and engaged in friendly banter with the awesome staff . They even took the time to make sure my pizza was how I wanted it because I’m the first person to order triple cheese ! It was perfect , btw . The crust was crisp to bite into and then chewy , like a good Detroit style pizza should be , with that awesome carameli
So delicious, and the staff were so kind!! We went for the buffet and paid $34 for 2 adults, a 5 year old and 1 year old. We will definitely be back! 🍕
